School

When I went back to college, the thought of algebra scared the crap out of me. I failed algebra twice in high school and even had a teacher tell me that I'd never get it. I decided to start with basic algebra so I could get back on track and I was pleasantly surprised. I got an instructor who explained everything step-by-step and made sure that I understood it. I got an A in that class, but still, college algebra scared me. I got another excellent instructor for college algebra. He took the time to help me when I was struggling and gave me the confidence that I needed to do the work. I got a B in his class and algebra doesn't scare me anymore. I even loved my statistics class!

Don't give up because you can do this!

It is not a question of whether or not I can do it, but rather a question of how much hair I will lose in the process......

I will be ecstatic if I just come out with a C in this class at this point.
