2 months

Today is my 2 months being tobacco free. This really was a lot easier than I anticipated. I have no cravings, no longing for the good ole days. Between my 2 spinners and the MVP I have very little chance of ever being caught in a situation where I don't have anything to vape and have to go to analogs. Things are good. One more month and I'll officially consider myself an ex-smoker.

I am, however, thinking about stepping down in nicotine from 18 to 12. I seem to vape quite a bit - especially while at work, and I think I may be getting a bit more nicotine than what I need/want. I've made myself a little dizzy on occasion, and there have been a few times where I had problems going to sleep after a night of chain vaping. At the very least, I need to have more 12mg stuff on hand.

Congrats! I'm right there in the same time frame as. I have zero urge to return to analogs, as well. I kind of psyched myself up before getting into vaping. Seeing the amount of vapor, and enjoyment a lot of folks were getting (mostly via YouTube), I was pumped to get my first mod. Have not looked back since. Started with 16/18mg liquids, and have now moved down to 12 for a couple weeks now. I have to say I feel fine. The small decreases on your own schedule are the key to success.

Just wish I had found vaping years ago.
