The Ijoy Exo-S/XS1 rba fits in a few non-Ijoy tanks, including the Vaporesso NRG line of tanks. But in the Vaporesso NRG line of tanks there can be juice flow problems if using thicker juices. The problem stems from the lip inside the base the girdles the RBA's head and almost (but not quite) blocks the juice holes. This isn't a problem for me with 50% VG juices but could be with thicker juices like maybe 75% VG and thicker. This problem (and solution) applies to all the NRG tanks, including the NRG, NRG PE & NRG S (the RBA won't fit inside the NRG SE so it's not an issue
. You'll need the Marvec DIY RBA for the SE and I bid you good luck finding that - PM me if you do, I'd like to have a couple few more as I have a few NRG SE tanks that are worthless to me since the factory coils for them aren't my "cup of tea").
The following 5 pictures illustrate the problem and the solution. Of course, before to bother to do this, if you're getting dry hits using the Ijoy EXO-S in your NRG tank first look to your wicking technique to solve the issue. The solution/modification below won't hurt your tank's function with the factory coils at all, but why do it if you don't have to is my motto
. Of course, if after implementing this modification/solution you still get dry or burnt hits, then there's no question that the problem is in your wicking technique for your viscosity of juice.
