I didn't intend to write today, because I have such a busy schedule. But the kids are watching Ponyo - in ENGLISH, ugh! - and so I can sit here next to them and type out what happened today.
So I might have mentioned in an earlier blog that I have a regular coffee hangout while I'm at work. I usually go over there at least once a day, sometimes twice. It depends on how my schedule is. Sometimes I end up sitting there for a couple hours...waiting for the next client. Anyway today I went over for coffee, I only had about an hour.
I'm sure most folks who smoke like to have a cigarette with their coffee. I am no exception! There is just something so right about a coffee/cigarette break...anyway. I've been taking my pv over there and its been just fine, no temptation to pull out an analog, even though they are right in my pocket. But today, I reached for my pv, and uh oh...the battery was DEAD!
Yes, I only have one battery. I split my kit with my sister, we're both broke and this way we could support each other. So I had to have my coffee without a ciggy. But my analogs were right in my pocket. I was so excited, I never even felt tempted. I did think about it, but it didn't sound good...not as good as a vape.
So I was really happy that I felt that way. I hope bowling goes as well. I expect it will!
