GoodDog;5409953 said:EM is ethyl maltol. It's the same thing as Cotton Candy but in crystal form. Mixed at 1/4 tsp per 10mL of PG = Cotton Candy. It's used to add body and some sweetness at higher levels. 1-2% is recommended but I sometimes use more.
