I gotta stay away from...

I wish it were that simple. lol. Turns out...some flavors are better from one vendor, other flavors are better from another. ;)

But I'm not that picky. Like like most of the vendors as a general rule. You have to try them. And see reviews and DIY section.

I can give you some ideas where to start with those Hottie, but Atty is correct. Flavours vary for any particular manufacturer, and different people like different things. Unfortunatly you'll have to try a few.

Some general rules I've found fit my personal world view however:

Capella seem to do fruity and dessert flavours really well. Some of their flavours like 'sweet strawberry' consistently get good reviews.

FlavourArt (FA) make some very fine flavours but there have been some complaints of dilute flavours, or flavours that are not as strong as they used to be. Don't know what the go is here, but dilute suits me at the moment - it's easier to get a feel for the flavours in a 20 or 40 drop test. I think I'm tending to less flavour now my tastebuds are coming back.

The Flavour Apprentice (TPA) formerly The Perfumer's Apprentice. These flavours seem generally to be much stronger. They also seem to have a better reputation (in some circles) for tobacco type flavours than FA, however I'm finding the FA tobacco flavours are better as a base to build on with other things.

DIY is a bit like those chinese puzzles where you spend 6 hours trying to get the blocks to fit together, but find if you hold it a certain way the key block slips in just so. You then show it to someone else only to find out that they already know how to do it, but have a completely different way to hold it that just looks wrong to you. Vape flavours are weird.
