Hello and welcome to my blog.
I'm fairly new to this 2nd generation e-cig scene.
Got my 1st ecig on March 2, 2014, and immediately cut down on cigs.
Yesterday at 4pm I realized I was not carrying a lighter in my pocket for the 1st time in decades. Used to always check for lighter !
So , my doctor is happy and so am I. I prefer the ecig to 'real' cigs, and I only smoke 1 of them at night, a 1/3 of it, before bedtime as a nightcap.
I get slightly ill and find it gross once i've taken 2 hits, and go back to the e-cig.
I'll try to keep my blog semi-current and interesting.
