It took me a full week to completely stop smoking analogs, once I got my e-cig. The first few days, I went without any; The next few saw me go back to smoking 2 or so in the evening before bed, and finally on Monday I had had enough(or, quite possibly, I started enjoying the e-cig more than an analog), had my last, and threw away the rest. My former habit will now, hopefully, remain at the bottom of the local landfill, replaced by an expectedly healthier, better-tasting clone of said habit. Go me. -j4mmin
