  2. Thought I would take a picture of what's in my vape cabinet. Believe it or not, I threw out along of juice.

  3. I made the decision to come back to the Vaping World after a two year hiatus in the world of the Cancer Sticks. I fell from my Vaping Cloud because it was cumbersome to maintain the tanks I used and keep up with the juices. It got to where it was not fun anymore so I found myself, one cigarette at a time.

With that said, this time I am going to upgrade everything. I have purchased a Smok Baby Alien AL85 to try out which cones with a Smok Baby Tank. After watching some YouTube videos, I was set on getting one of them. I ordered it last night from VapeMN.
  4. I went to my 1st Vape Meet on the 30th of October and it was not at all what I expected it to be and some of what I expected. Since this was my first one, I had so looked forward to it for at least a month or better and when the day came to attend, I could not get out of work fast enough. When I finally got there, the room which was roughly the size of a 3 car garage was already packed with clouds and it hung in the air like a thick carpet. The Meet was scheduled to start at 3pm and I had made it there between 3:30 and 4pm.

I was eager to go to this meet as I had purchased a couple raffle tickets earlier and wanted to win a Mech Mod so I could give Dripping a go. Shortly after getting there, I purchased a couple more in high hopes of winning something. Well they started pulling names about 20 minutes after I got there and pulled names every 30 minutes or so after that. I sat there in the thickness of the air and watched my good intentions go right out the window. The raffle was bogus as there was one person who had won 3 different times. Before I came to Alabama and before I stepped foot into this Vape Meet, I always thought that if you won a raffle, you were disqualified from any further drawings so other people who have been sitting there for 3 hours might have a chance to win something. Well, not true at this Vape Meet. Then the straw that broke the camels back was when one of the employees of the shop won a drawing. That is when I thought to myself that this was a line of dung and I wasted not only my money on those stinking raffle tickets but also the 4 hours I was holed up in this room with high hopes of at least winning a freaking tee shirt.

They started getting names for the Cloud Competition and that is when I made my move to head on down the road on mark this one up as done and very reluctant to attend another one of these local Vape Meets. I am sure that this may not be the case at other Vape Meets and I will eagerly attend one should the opportunity arise for me to do so. Just a bad experience for me this time. I will continue to frequent the establishment as they sell a particular brand of juice I am very fond of and I can get a pack of coils in a hurry there. Good people work there and with the fact that this is the 1st Meet they hosted, maybe they will do a better job the next time they have one.

    Time Will Tell.
  5. I purchased this juice from a Vape Shop in Montgomery and although this particular Vape Shop has issues with not telling their customers that they are purchasing counterfeit ProTanks, their juice is very good. They mix their juices in house and the only issue I see with this is that there is no time for steeping so to fill a tank right away would be useless as the flavor of thier juices do not kick in until a week or so of sitting in the juice cabinet.

The Butter Rum is exceptional and I would consider this one of my ADV's. I simply love this flavor and have yet to find a juice online that even comes close to the smoothness and subtle taste that I get. It is not to "flowery" and not to sweet. A very good juice. I am very disappointed that I went there late last week to get another 30ml bottle and they did not have all the ingrediants to make it up. I was told that they should have it by Wednesday of this week but to call 1st. I will be making that call Thursday.

I am giving this juice a 5 out of 5

  6. Bottle Size: 30ml
    Nic Strength: 6mg (12mg)
    VG-PG - 50/50

I purchased this juice from a local Vape Shop in Montgomery Alabama. It was my first time in this shop and I simply went in there to see what they had and what the prices looked like. It was only the 2nd vape shop I had been in with the 1st shop being a little closer to home so I wanted to see if there was a significant difference in prices. Well there wasn't and in fact I got burnt by this shop in Montgomery as I purchased what I thought to be an authentic Protank II tank and it turned out to be a knock off but that is another post in another blog.

I started tasting the juices they had out in testers and actually liked a couple of them. One of them being a juice they called "Fall From Graceland". They blend their juices in house and this particular juice I had heard one of the sales clerks describe to another customer. So being curious I asked if they had a tester with that flavor and they did. I tried it and I liked it alot. The key tastes was that of Peanut Butter and Bananas, hence the "Graceland" in the title of the juice in reference to Elvis.

I was asked what what nic strength did I want and I told him 8mg as this is what I had purchased from my local vape shop and would like to keep it the same. I was told that all they had was 6 and 12mg. So as I contemplated it, the guy tells me thatthere is not much difference from 8mg and 12mg so I decided on 12mg. When I got home and loaded my tank, I almost gagged and the strong taste on nic. It was like I was licking an ashtray. It was so bad that I had to take it back to them and have them cut it to weaken the nic strength. Once the nic was cut down, the tatse was very satisfying and I was very happy with the purchase.

I creamy peanut buttery taste with a hint of banana in it. I have tried to match this taste with a couple online vendors and to date, I have yet found an online vendor who can give me a juice that has a smooth taste without a gagging throat hit. This is one of my favorite juices and it remains on the top shelf of my juice cabinet and will refill it as needed in the future.

    I give it a 5 out of 5

  7. Bottle Size: 5ml
    Nic Level: 6mg
    PG-VG - 50/50

Finally a juice that I like from EC Blend. I like this juice alot as it has a nice darkish taste with a subtle sweetness to it. This is one of the juices that I will be reordering from this vendor and will probably get the 15ml bottle next. I do not think I gave this juice enough time to steep and I am already needing to get another bottle as it was hard to not fill up a Mini Protank and vape the mess out of it while at work.

This is sure to be one of my favorite flavors yet doubt it will be one to chalk up as an all day vape. There is only a couple that I would consider to be worthy of an all day vape and unfortunately this would not make the cut to be one of them. I still rank it high up on the list though.

    I am giving it a 4 out of 5.

  8. Bottle Size: 15 ml
    6mg Nic
    50/50 PG-VG

This was in the first order I made with EC Blends and I am sorry that I ordered such a big bottle of this stuff. I purchased a bottle of Butter Rum from a local BM and it was some of the best tasting juice I have had and I was hoping that this would be inline with that particular juice and was very disappointed that it wasn't.

It was, in fact, this particular juice that made me come to the decision that I would no longer be buying any more larger bottles of juice from an online vendor and would only purchase the smaller bottles simply so I could try them out to see if I would like them or not.

I would give this juice a 1 out of 5

  9. Bottle Size: 5ml
    6mg Nic
    Extra Flavor

This is one of the 1st juices I got from EC Blends and quite frankly, I am glad I got the small bottle of this because the taste of this juice is not what I expected. It was more of a fruity taste for me and I really do not care for a fruity taste when I am vaping. I dislike the taste of this juice but will say that I have tasted for worse then this. So much so that there are some juices that I simply gave away because I did not want it in my juice cabinet gumming up the works for my other juices.

This particular juice has managed to stick around for a while in anticipatioon that after a week or so of steeping, the flavor might change and I might come to enjoy this particular juice. As of this day, I still do not care for it and would not order another bottle of it.

    I give it a 3 out of 5

  10. I have created a catagory I will use for my reviews of Juices that I have tried since I started vaping and purchasing juices online. I have tried several online vendors for purchasing my juices and have been disappointed more times then I have liked for what I have gotten online and I suppose one contributing factor is that I am not able to "test taste" the juice prior to buying them. I would order a juice simply named Banana and would expect to get a juice that taste simular to bananas or at least close to it and so far I have not been able to findd an online retailer that could supply me with a juice that tatse exactly like i would expect it to.

EC Blends has been the one vendor I have been sticking with simply because they offer a lot of different juices and they even have several options where I can create my own blend should I be brave enough to do so. Well I wouldn't say brave enough but I dont think I would even dare try to fabricate a special blend just yet until I get an idea on what their base flavors taste like and I could make a better decision on what I would want in my own special blend of juices.

I would be encouraged and delighted if anyone who reads these lines share their taste experiences if they should have happened to try the same juices I have written about and reviewed.

    Thanks for reading.
  11. I have been vaping now for a little over three weeks and I believe I am now starting to settle in on what I like and dislike in the vaping world I choose to take part in. It was so hard for me when I first started as I had no idea what in the world I was doing and there were many people who were really wanting to help me get started but each and every one of them had a different view on the direction I should go and none of them really matched with what I really wanted to accomplish from Vaping.

Yes I wanted to stop smoking and vaping has helped me very much in accomplishing this but after I startedgetting into it, there was so much more that I wanted. I guess I got somewhat spoiled as I wanted a particular taste and a particular feel when I blew out that cloud. It has been, thus far, a matter of trial and error. I learned that I can not leave home with just a single tank attached to a 650 mAh battery for the tank will surely loose all its juice while showing it off to a co worker and I will have to lower my goal and smoke a stinkie. That happened once and only once. I also learned that I can not leave my spare tanks out in the truck when the heat of the day gets around 95 degrees. Those little white orings in the top and bottomg of these tanks do not stand up to the heat and I found myself sucking juice and changing coils prematirely. It took a couple of days to figure this out and some advice from my local BM vendor. So now I have a pistol case that holdsmy spare tanks filled with my favorite juices and spare batteries just in case 1 or 2 of them give out and leave me stranded.

Another learning experience for me is buying juice online. Almost every bottle of juice have puchased online have not tasted the way I expected and I have purchased bug bottle of what I thought would be my favorite flavors only to be disappointed very much and either giving the bottles away or mixing them with one of the coule flavors I like only to make a concoction that I dont thing my dog would like very much. I now purchase huices exclusively at local BM's where I am able to test the flavor first before I buy and if I get them from an online vendor, it is the smallest bottle they offer and if I like it, I will up the quantity I get.

So now I have the devices I favor, a Innokin MVP 2 with an Aerotank and a Vamo V5 with a Protank on it. I am sure I will be tempted to get the lastest "new thing" but will have to be over curious to spend the money on it and if I do spend money now, it will be for trying new juices and adding to the collection of favorite tanks I have. I am a fan of Kanger and I will continue to be until I am lead to try another type of tank and in doing so will give me the "hit" I look for every time I vape.

    Thanks for Reading.
  12. Well here recently I have been dealing with major Tank Issues. I would be at work and would vape all the juice out of the tank I have on my eGo in my lunchbox around lunchtime. I would then go out to my truck and get a back up tank and screw it on and before I knew it, it would be girgling and I would be tasting the juice in a way that I would rather not taste. I recently went through 3 tanks that I had in the truck and lost the juice in all of them. Fortunately I didnot mess with one and I was able to vape that on my way home where my trusty Vamo was waiting.

While vaping that, I started working on the Mini's. I went through a whole pack of coils trying to fix the leaking issue. I tried breaking them down and washing them with warm water and drying them off. I did that 3 or 4 times with all 3. No luck. I lost almost a whole bottle of juice trying to fix the issues I was having with these mini tanks.

Finally got one to work, the original one I had in my lunchbox and one was halfway working. The other one I threw back in the box and wrote it off as defective. On my way home today I stopped in my trusted local BM and started asking questions. Appairently when I was washing the tanks, I lost the upper and lower oring that goes between the glass and the metal. I also found out that I should not leave the tanks in the truck if the temperature is going to exceed 80 degrees. It has been getting around 95 during the heat of the day here.

So what turned out to be a total greenhorn mistake x2 allmost cost me my time being smoke free and a lot of frustration and anxiety. So now I am hunting for orings and an air conditioner I can run while I am at work to keep my tanks cool while they are resting in my truck waiting for me to devour their foggy goodness.
  13. I received my Vamo V5 Saturday and was disappointed that I did not receive the batteries or tank I ordered at the same time. I ordered all three items froom ebay and was very worried that I would receive bad products as I have been burnt on occassion from getting electronic items from ebay. So I was very interested in doing whatever I needed to do to make sure my new Vamo was everything I had hoped it would be.

I called up the local BM which over prices all the products they sell and asked them what they were asking for a 18650 battery and a charger to go with it. She told me it would run me around $36.00. I thought for a second and I was out the door and on my way to get the battery just to see if the Vamo really worked. I got a mile down the road and thought, "what am I doing? I have batteries comingMonday and a new tank to boot." I turned the truck around and headed home.

All day Sunday I kept looking at the Vamo. I picked it up, pushed the buttons. Took the ProTank 2 I have on my eGo and put it on the Vamo and was just giggy with anticipation. Then Monday came and I was off to work. I could not wait until the tiime came until I was off and on my way home but I did not go home dear friends. I went to a local BM around my job and purchased a battery and charger from them just in case the battery did not show up today when I got home. I spent $22.00 there and got a better deal then if I went to the BM closer to the house.

Well I got home and sure enough, I got the batteries and the Kanger AeroTank to sit on top of it. Oh Boy I was like a child on Christmas Morning. I assembled the tan just as fast as I could, filled it with Cinnamon Red Hotty and slapped a battery in the Vamo. Hit the button 5 times and inhaled deeply. Wow, I was impressed. I then started playing with the buttons and soon found my "Sweet Spot". Life just does not get better then this.

I have been smoke free for a week now and there are no regrets and I do not want to look back. I love this mod and I hope it will be with me for a long long time.

    Thanks For Reading.
  14. Being that I am relatively new to the Vaping World, I am very gullable when I walk into a Vape Shop for the 1st time and start asking questions. This was true when I walked into a local Vape Shop when I got off of work this past Friday. An associate from work goes there and since I have been going to a Vape Shop a little closer to where I live, I thought I would give this shop a try and see what they had.

Well the guy behind the counter was very informative and I had gained a lot of knowledge from him. After he filled my head with information, I eased over to the counter to try out some of the flavors they had there. I seen a few that I liked and inquired if they had 8mg versions of what I liked. I was told no that all they had was 6mg and 12mg. Being that I am comfortable with 8mg and thinking that 6mg would be to light and I would slip back into smoking the stinkies, I got the 12mg. When I got home, I soon found out thatthat was a mistake and I should have gotten the 6mg after all. The 12mg is way to strong and now I have to get something to cut it down. Dont know what but I am sure I will find out by asking on the Forums. It will be just something else I am going to have to buy in my persuit of the perfect Vape.

When I got home I also found out that the Kranger ProTank II that I purchased from this shop was not authentic but a fake. I did not find this out until I read a post on another Forum I am a member of. I looked at my new clearomizer and sure enough, I had purchased a fake. Feeling like I have been taken advantage of, I am not sure what I should do next. Should I go back to the shop and raise Holy Cane? Doubt it because that would get me no where fast and the shop will still have my money. Will probably just chalf it up as experience and know what to look for the next time I purchase items from a local Vape Shop.

There is a lot of people who know that there are a lot of people coming in to the Vaping World every day that are ignorant to all aspects of this lifestyle. And it is some of those people who are trusted to sell them good quality items that take advantage of the people not so enlightened to what they are getting into when they make the commitment to become part of this way of life. I have only been in this Vaping for a couple weeks now and I have learned alot but the most important thing I have learned is to never assume anything and always do the homework so you know what you are getting, what it should look like, how it should work and why you are getting it in the first place.

    Thanks For Reading.
  15. For many years I have been wanting to stop the uncontrolable habit of smoking thise stinking cigarettes. I have tried everything in my power to stop. The gum did not work. The patches did not work. The meds I got from the doctor did not work. I was almost at a dead end when I told my doctor I did not know what I should do as my smoking was now starting to show evident signs of deteriorating my health and I was feeling like it was going to kill me before I could kill it.

My doctor then suggested that I stop in at a Vape Shop that was located near the Doctors Office and see if it was something that I may want to try. Well for the next couple of weeks, I drove by the place and lookedover at it as I was passing by but never committed to pulling in ... until 2 weeks ago when I finally pulled in.

Having never been to a Vape Shop before, I had no clue as to what was in there or what I should expect. All I knew about Vaping was what I gathered from using those Blu e-cigs which was nothing for the most part and even those failed to keep me from smoking. So I went in almost intimidated that I knew nothing about what I was stepping off into. When I got into the store, I went right up to the counter and there was another guy in there who I assume was as ignorant as I was on this Vaping thing. He would ask a question and she would answer, then I would ask a question and she would answer. He asked her if he could smoke dried herbs in the tanks and she said no and he was out the door in a second.

Now it was just me and her and I started asking realistic questions and she hooked me up with an eGo Twist starter kit that consisted of a battery, a charger, 2 plastic tanks and a bottle of juice. Then I started tasting the juices they had set out on a table for the customers to try and there were many of them. There was no systematic way they had them organized. They were on little lazt susan type trays and you could move it around and try the ones that went around the tray. I picked Banana Pudding for my Free one that came with the kit and I purchaased two more, a chocholate caramel and a vanilla mint.

I asked her how much Nicotine should I get and she asked me what I used to smoke. I told her and she suggested to get the 12mg. I asked her what was in the juices that I was testing and she said 8mg and I told her I was fine with that and that is what she sold me. She instructed me on how to fill the tank, how to turn the battery off, how to charge it and when to replace the tank. Got most of it but when I got home and tried to fill the 2nd tank, I was trying to do it upside down or fill it from the worng end and I ended up flooding the coil and ruining the 2nd tank that I had. So it was back to the Vape Shop the next day to purchase another disposable tank.

In that 1st week, I visited that Vape Shop almost every day and now have Mini Protank II's on my eGo batteries with glass tanks so I can use the cinnamon flavored juices. I also started a Vaping Group on Facebook and have joined several Forums to obtain more information on this Vaping World. The one thing I try so hard to do is to be knowledgible on what I am currently into and right now it is Vaping.

I have now been Smoke Free for almost a week and I look forward to many years being away from those stinking cigarettes.

    Thanks for reading.
