Help with desired coil/wire build

Generally, when someone is learning to build coils it progresses something like this..
Round wire
Twisted wire
Clapton/ Staggered Clapton
Fused Clapton/ Staggered Fused Clapton
Staples
Aliens

This isnt always the case, and these aren't even all the possible ways to make coils but these are the most common listed in order of difficulty and if you can do all these you can do pretty much any coil.

I vape pretty heavy with sweet/ fruit flavors. If I use a Clapton or anything simpler my flavor is gone by the next day. With a fused clapton or better it lasts between 4-8 days. But fused claptons take time to make and they use much more wire than a twisted coil, so twisted coils still have uses. Say I just made some DIY juice, or even just bought some new juice that I wasn't sure of the flavor on. I could twist a coil and throw it in an rda, test the juice, then break it down and have it cleaning in the ultrasonic in the time it would take just to make a fused clapton. That's about all I use them for now

I had bad sciatica decades ago after a minor car accident. Regular walking was what helped me.
I got to the point where I could barely stand a quarter mile on the treadmill.
The guy above is right movement is great for nerve pain. You should also try yoga, gymnastics, massages, a chiropractor which helps with pain temporarily but can help with correcting posture thus being good long term. Tell them about your condition if you decide to see a chiropractor tho.

You can also use Diclofenac sodium gel (NSAID) or something natural like arnica gel.
I did have a few visits with our chiropractor and it helped some but not enough. After about a week after my last appointment it got worse than before which prompted the doctor visit. Normally I walk a few times a week and do some weightlifting but got to the point where it hurt to walk long distance so moved to the elliptical which was less painful since there’s no impact.

You keep your juice in a water bottle
Actually, Yes. Although the "juice" you see, is orange juice, not eliquid.
There are five each 100ml squeeze bottles on my desk, three each 500ml laboratory bottles and two each one liter lab bottles on my nightstand, all in various stages of full of eliquid.

I went to urgent care after work today to get my leg checked that’s been bothering me. The doctor said that she thinks it’s sciatica and gave me prescriptions for prednisone and a nerve pain medicine. She also asked about physical therapy and said she’d have them call me next week. It’s not cheap but I think it’ll be worth it.
