We went to pick up the fence supplies and they didn’t have the posts that I paid for so we ended up getting 12 twelve foot posts instead of 24 six foot posts and are going to just cut the 12 footers in half. The post hole digger is this really cool pull behind unit that’s hydraulic driven and has both forward and reverse on it. Should make quick work of the digging.

Got some bad news this week. Indiana is a deep red state and they recently passed a MAGA style budget bill. The details are just starting to come out. It includes cuts to property tax and major cuts to all kinds of Grants. Our township of 300 houses is going to lose 40K from our annual budget. Town board says we can survive for another 2 years on our bank balance. After that we won't be able to meet our statutory obligations as a township and will be absorbed by Indianapolis.

Every township in Indiana is in the same hole, there are 578 of them. And townships don't have the right to impose their own property taxes to make up the difference. Shame because it would only take around $150 a year per house for us.

There's a glimmer of hope. The bill was thousands of pages and it was published at the last minute. The Pols weren't given time to read it or debate it. They voted for it without realising it would shut down all the townships in the State, and they are scrambling to find a fix. It would cost them way more than they would save by cutting the grants.

GEEZ!! Seems like you've really been put through more than any 1 person should have to be put through...to find out what's actually wrong.

But...I'm wondering.... if they've given you an H. pylori test. It's used to detect the presence of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), a bacterium that can infect the stomach lining and cause ulcers and other digestive problems.
Well, I've been re-organizing and checking through all the labs, etc. I've had since April. So since we're playing Doctor's in the thread. This is the biopsy results from when I had the endoscopy.

Duodenal Biopsy
... Duodenal Mucosa with mildly increased intraepithelial lymphocytes
... No Villous blunting present
Stomach Biopsy
... Antral and Oxyntic type gastric mucosa with mild chronic inflamation
... No Helicobacter Pylori organisms present
... Negative for intestinal metaplasia
Esophagus, EG Junction, Irregular Z-Line, Biopsy
... Squamous and gastric cardia type mucosa with focal intestinal metaplasia
(Barrett's) and mild chronic inflammation
... Negative for dysplasia

Bunch of big words that I don't understand ;)

Welp ... you made as Mr Google about that one. Then I looked at the ingredients of what I'm currently taking.

The Visbiome I'm taking has about 4 different lactobacillus xyz ingredients but not reuteri. Another question for my next Dr visit. One of the side effects of the one you listed is an increase in bloating. I've way too much of that already and don't want to risk increasing it.

he, he ... my gut issue has sparked some conversation in the thread

Visbiome is for dysbiosis associated with IBS and antibiotic associated ........ (although he doesn't have ........) His almond milk yogurt has S thermophiles, L buglarious, L acidophilus and B lactose.
I make homemade greek yogurt. There is a lot of good info about the l reuteri one on Victor's site at Southern Keto, if you are interested. He has a recipe to make it, also. I trust him, he has science backed info. Dr Berg and Dr Westman have a lot of good info re gut issues as well as a few other docs on youtube. Some are quacks, takes a bit of research. Re bloating, lots of good recipes and information at Patricia Delicious Nutrition (she is a doc or nutritionist, I'm not sure).

Good luck with the issues. The more I research, the less faith I have in the current medical/insurance community. I recently tried a new dentist who assured me they could do the manual cleanings. When I went in for the first visit, without asking they gave me some "specialized" xrays to the tune of almost 1k. Used up my allowance for dental insurance.

The antibiotic Mike took was Xifaxin (sounds like Fidaxomicin and Dificid had a baby,..) And the probiotic he's taking is Visbiome and he's also taking yogurt to cover those bases.

Lactobacillus reuteri????
