Today, I'm delighted to share my insights on the VooPoo Argus G3 Mini Pod Kit, a device that has garnered attention for its compact size and robust performance. This review will draw on my experience, inspired by community discussions, and aim to provide a comprehensive overview, much like my previous reviews of different devices in this subforum.

I've tested quite a few Voopoo devices in the past and I can confirm that they are almost always a great example of innovative features/design and a reasonable price.



Unboxing and First Impressions:


First impressions are positive; the device weighs just 40.85 grams, making it exceptionally portable.
The Grass Green color version I received features a "Parisian Studs" texture on the side, enhancing grip
and adding a stylish contrast to the smooth finish.

As you can see, it's not much bigger than the standard 10ml liquid bottle and more compact than VooPoo Drag H40

Build Quality and Design​

Crafted from zinc alloy and PC, the Argus G3 Mini offers a durable yet lightweight build, ideal for daily use. Its compact dimensions make it a perfect fit for on-the-go vaping, similar to the VMate Pro's portability. The "Parisian Studs" texture not only improves handling but also prevents the device from slipping, a practical feature for extended use.

The single firing button is responsive, and the LED indicator clearly displays battery status, making it very user-friendly.

Performance and Vaping Experience​

The Argus G3 Mini is powered by a 1350mAh battery, supporting a 5-30W output range, adjustable for a tailored vaping experience. The device charges via a Type-C port at 5V/1A, reaching full charge in about an hour and a half, which is reasonable for its capacity. While it lacks fast charging, as noted in some comparisons, the battery life is commendable for its size.

Vaping with the 0.7Ω Argus Top Fill V2 cartridge, dedicated to MTL, delivers a smooth and flavorful experience, with a presumed power output of around 18W when fully charged.
The iCOSM 2.0 technology ensures the cartridges maintain flavor integrity over time, with minimal leaks, making it a reliable choice for consistent vaping.

Cartridge and Coil Performance and compatibility

The Argus Top Fill V2 cartridges, equipped with iCOSM 2.0 technology, promise 30 days of leak-free use and handle up to 100mL of e-liquid before needing replacement. The top-fill design simplifies refills, a user-friendly aspect. The coils perform well, delivering consistent flavor and vapor production, which is crucial for a satisfying vaping experience.
Coils are compatible with the whole Argus Pod family which is a big plus:


Device is very user-friendly, easy to operate with one hand only. It has a decent battery.
Vaping experience was on a high level considering the Pod format.
This device delivers very good vape clouds and it keeps the real taste of your liquid.
I had No leakage problems during testing.

Pros and Cons​

Pros:

• Very Affordable (~£15 + shiping in the UK)
• Exceptionally lightweight and portable (40.85 grams).
• Excellent flavor delivery with iCOSM 2.0 technology.
• Durable build with a stylish design.
• Long-lasting cartridges with minimal leaks.
• Beginner Friendly

Cons:

• Lacks fast charging.
• Not for the advanced vapers.

Conclusion​

In summary, the VooPoo Argus G3 Mini Pod Kit is a compelling option for vapers seeking a compact, reliable, and flavorful device. Its performance, particularly with the iCOSM 2.0 cartridges, ensures a smooth MTL experience.
It may not satisfy the advanced vapers but considering its simplicity, low price and overall quality, it's a great choice for every smoker who is thinking about switching to a more healthier alternative
