Why no Tube 21700 Regulated Mods?

Yea but it also looks the best ;) box mods overrated haha i got 7 regulated mods guess what all boxes =/ time for a change bring out them old sschool mechs!
Yes and mostly NO.

First you have to understand a bit about MARKETING.

OEM's are in a "bigger is better" war/race to have more POWER when their devices (and most available batteries) simply can't actually provide it.

I have DOZENS of both box and tube mods and none of them 'over heat'. Why? I simply don't drive/push them to the SILLY (and often inaccurate) limits that the OEM marketing/packaging claim that they are able to do!

Keep in mind that even the BEST single 18650 mod is good for ~<=30W TOPS!
(no matter what the silly max power rating in the manual claims!)

Also keep in mind that even the BEST voltage regulator MIGHT be fairly ok/efficient with STEPPING DOWN (Buck) a voltage however stepping UP (Boost) will on the other hand be (IF actually available) generally terribly NOT efficient!

So instead of constantly swapping/charging batteries (wearing out the very fragile battery 'doors' and USB ports) and overheating your MOD's the SIMPLE solution is to use lower mass builds that are higher efficient in converting mAH to vapor. :)

What Song Are You Listening To Right Now?

Been going through my old CD's I haven't dusted off and played for a while, and I'm burnin' 'em up now.

This one is a curiosity, produced by Steve Albini (Big Black and other projects). The band is "Rapeman", named after a Japanese comic book character. These lyrics are hilarious, no matter what your preferences or amorous inclinations, but I think this piece is ripe for re-making by a female artist. Craziest of the lyrics at around 3:00.

This one etches the music part of my brain. I like to put it on track repeat and listen to it for an hour.

New and hopeful ^_^

I'm a super boring person when it comes to vaping. I use one juice, one mod, one tank.
There is nothing boring about finding what works for you, and staying with it. Not only is it the "ol' reliable" that keeps you off cigarettes, but enables you to help others quit smoking because of your understanding of how vaping works.

Quick Review of Cyborg Quest after 3.5 months. AVOID!

Wow! Took it apart it seemed that e-juice had gotten inside the main board and 1 battery wire was lose also. Wiped the board and the inside with q-tip and alcohol, reassembled it and to my surprise its working fine again!
Not sure how long it will hold for but it was a fun little experiment. Hopefully doesnt break again so i dont have to buy a new one

EDIT: It works better now but still has issues. Gonna toss it and buy a new one. I know ppl dislike Vaporeso and SMOK for quality but at least they have 6 month warranty and USA authorized repair center. Geek vape was another option but they only offer 90 day warranty, that's a Hard no for me.

Lost Vape support never replied in 2 weeks even tho they offer a 6 month warranty I would avoid them. Its impossible to get warranty service since they seem to be China based.

What's under your lip/in your nose right now? - Part 2

Yeah, same here. The snuff was really good at getting at those nagging, "I really need a cigarette" days. They're really a long time ago. I've got some hanging around here too, somewhere.
I bought a lot of snuff back then trying different kinds. As you know a little goes a long way and I’ve still got a ton left.

Random DIY mixing and More

It's 65 now with a high of 74, no rain. A beautiful spring day. @FranC, I'm glad your dd isn't more seriously hurt. Cuts with stitches heal and a fracture of the tuft of the finger isn't serious at all.
Not serious but extremely painful. There is nothing they can do about the break in the end of her finger but brace it up.
