If you have recently quit or trying to quit smoking the 30mg will probably be okay in a mouth to lung setup. Just don't use sub-ohm coils (any coil under 1.0). Another option is to add some vg and/or pg to the 30mg juice to dilute the nic. As far as a menthol juice just Google it. If you are unfamiliar with the site just ask here at ecf or ask for links.

We had 6" of snow on Sat and haven't got above 20F since. Mon was a high of 5F. Starting tomorrow it's up to 50 for a few days so the snow should melt.

Welcome to the forum, glad you joined us. 30mg nic is high number for sub-ohm. Sub ohm used to be considered coil resistance below 1 ohm. Now, coils .6, .8, and .4 ohms are pretty mainstream.
