Bad News
Looks like Purpleheart is out of the equation, the Purpleheart keeps breaking.
Took the Mandrel with it again.
The only Purpleheart I could finish was a slimline model....
But I finally finished stabilizing something diabolical.
I recieved this wood about a year ago and thought it was a Mesguite Burl.
I have been working on stabilizing this little tiny piece for a couple of days and just finished turning it.
Beautiful. You can get either one.
