I took at look at Heaven Gifts. Some items are priced evenly with Taobao, others a little more expensive. But what I like about these kind of stores is that a person knows exactly what they're getting. There's no ordering DeKang and ending up with Hangsen, if indeed it is Hangsen. I notice the e-liquids tend to change packaging on Taobao, though apparently the brand remains the same.
I'm set now for at least two months, but I shall very seriously consider Heaven Gifts.
So you have a Provari. That is one expensive piece of kit. Not sure if I mentioned, but I'm awaiting an MVP2. I've read so many good reviews, I thought I must give it at least a try.

For some reason you have to be on VPN to get to their site. A lot of people on ECF order from Fasttech, a huge supplier. With Heaven Gifts you can pay by credit card thru Paypal, you don't need a Paypal account. On check out you can put in comments to deliver to your China address. China delivery costs less than $5, they will refund any excess shipping charges that show when checking out. Good customer service. I order Dekang and some of their juice branded Heaven Gifts. I like mostly fruit flavors, but i also order some PG and VG base (no nic, $1.50 per 30ml) that i cut it with because i like very light flavor in my vape. So i order 18mg strength and cut it in half with base to make 9mg. ..continued on new message...
They also have good quality hardware, make sure you order the ones they call authentic. I got a provari last time in US so thats what i use daily with a Protank 2. I've used various taobao shops and these seem fairly stable. One one hang up, I ordered Deknag e-liquid from one supplier and got Hangsen.
