I know this is nothingto do with ecigs but hell this is MY blog .
I love bbq and have my own smoker. I spent all day yesterday cooking up 10lb of bbq pork and something that is known in the bbq world as a "fatty". No it's not anything illegal .
It is 2lb of pork sausage, rolled flat stuffed with ingredients, rolled up into a big sausage shape then cooked in the smoker.
This one was stuffed with baby spinach, feta cheese and ham.
It was a great day to be outside, nice and sunny, the smoker was chugging away from 8:00am till 6:00pm and at the end of it i got some great eats .
Nothing better than sitting all day watching the smoke roll, having a beer or 5 and pufing on my 901.
