I'm new to vaping and i'm buying a cheap clone off fast tech but Idk what to do with it after i get it. Like i know that i need a battery and juice but i'm having a problem with the tank and drip thingy. See i don't want to wrap my vape mod with wires and cotton as i find that annoying A/f and i don't have the time for it. Is there any other way to do this so you don't have to do that with vape mods?

Could you post a link to the item you're buying from fast tech? It can be a deciding factor in what type of topper you should use.

I recommend geting a Vape Safe Mod Fuse.
You can find most of the above batteries either at RTD Vapor or Orbtronics.
You'll need a nice quality battery charger. I suggest a Nitecore Intellicharger i2.
For a novice vapor, I recommend a clearomizer as your juice attachment. An Innokin iClear 30 or Kanger Protank would be a good start.

Since you're getting a mechanical mod, and don't want to rebuild, I'd suggest, whichever route you choose to go, get the low resistance option. I find that anything in the standard resistance range is too weak for me.
I was watching some videos on the Protank 2 and out of the box he puts it together and pours juice and starts vaping. i was wondering is it always going to be like that? like i wont have to buy parts for the tank? And if i do how do you know when it's time to change something and where to buy it? and how long would it last once i buy it?
You could consider to get a Kick as well... This is an electronic unit that turns a mechanical mod into a variable wattage device... Very useful if you plan to use a mech mod with pre-built standard resistance atomizers like a protank.

Clearomizers are the simplist juice attachment available. That's why I recommended them to you. Pretty much as you saw, just add juice and vape.
Just be careful when purchasing clearomizers. Some are ego threaded and will only work on ego batteries. Some are 510 threaded, and will work on 510 threaded mods like mechanical and regulated mods. Most clearomizer tanks, or clearotanks (same thing), will have replaceable coil heads which are offered for sale alongside the tanks themselves. The tanks can be cleaned with the same coil heads for prolonged use. Eventually the coil heads will need to be replaced. Once their vapor production falls off or they just stop working, you'll know.
You'll be able to find You Tube videos on how to clean each tank available, and how to replace the heads. I've gone two months without needing to change the coil heads in my four iClear 30 clearomizers. YMMV as I've read of people needing to change their heads every couple of weeks.
