The new 1500 mAh eGo batteries

Hi guys, any news on the new 1500 mAh eGo batteries?

I use the 1300 mAh 'fatties', but a 1500 mAh would really be AWESOME!

I heard they are even shorter and fatter than the 1300 mAh. Some input?

I see them as a serious threat to mods and I'd like to see how much bigger eGo batteries we'll see in the near future.

I can't see them really being a "threat" to other replaceable battery mods, but they would be cool for a small footprint type device for taking out in public or to work or whatever. I have a 1300 version (kGo) and I do like the long life and the fact it's not freakishly long. I think there'd be a a market for a 1500 version. But I haven't seem them anywhere on the U.S. vendor sites as of yet.

Only problem...won't take CE4's...only the flat bottom "tank" style heads, or even RBA's

I have a couple of those "fat" 1300's too. Don't know that I'd go far out of my way to get this 1500 - it does look superfat, and the 1300 get's me the vape time I want from an Ego...(I always have 2 ego's with me).

I also don't think it's a mod replacement - I use Egos in the first place because they're more pocketable (SHIRT pocket, or suit pocket) than my mods. If it's as fat as it looks in the photo, I don't think I'd spend more than an Ego already costs - since you can get a decent tube mod for $40, and hopefully outlast a couple batteries.

They should be able to fit a 16650 battery in the 1300mAh eGos without changing the size that much. That would boost it to 2200mAh.
