Kanger bottom coil flooding HELP

My kanger tanks all 3 of them bottom coil flood when laid on there sides I carry extra tank battery to work when I connect to battery I get a lot in my mouth. I found at home when I keep them upright this does not happen. Whats going on?? I keep all 3 flavor wicks in place....

The wicks function as a pressure seal of sorts. When you lay one on it's side (and there are a few other variables involved), you may be exposing one wick of the tank to the positive or atmospheric pressure in the center tube. That pressure transfers, and reduces or eliminates the vacuum (negative pressure) in the tank.
When you loose that vacuum, you loose one of the key elements helping to keep juice in the tank, and out of your coil head and the air tubes above and below it.

I find that replacing the 1 mm flavor wick with a 2mm seems to help

Are you removing the silicone cap that fits over the vent tube? That would do it, especially if it's happening with multiple tanks there must be a common issue.

Silicone cap installed I only remove them when I clean heads and I only do that when I change flavors

litecigusa has it pretty cheap. Since you only need a little for your clearo it will last a long time.
