As I understand it, it's the post/rebuildable assembly that goes inside and a different mp. That's it. The ithaka base, tank, tops are used from the ithaka you have.

New mouth piece

Anyway I think the question you are asking is what do you need to make a new ithaka with the new part. Well you need small Top cap, big top cap, upper body, SS or plastic window, ithaka ring and Ithaka Base. If you need on all mods you add the Air flow base. The only things that you wouldn't get for a new ithaka are the mouthpiece, the rebuildable part and the basic feeding.

because you listed them like you had some inside information with all the names and stuff
I took wild guesses. But I think a screw is a screw. Am I off a bit?
