Hey all,

I'm using an RSST on my Provari 2.5 and I am extremely pleased with it. In my never-ending quest to tinker, however, I was wondering if grinding the pointed end of the center post would improve performance in any way? It would essentially allow more surface area for the center pin to contact the load.

I am tempted to order the silver plated replacement made by that "ninja" guy, but the ordering seems to be in the same nature - ninja-like....as I can never find a legit spot to order. This replacment (as well as most other center pins on other attys are already flat)

So, if anyone has experience or feedback on this flat-pin idea, please let me know.

Thanks,

Matt!
