Where you cut the tip off the dripper cap, stick hose through and use that instead of the screw on cap
Just wiggle the hose is all the old hose off the nipple or did it tear off leaving some on the nipple Ive never had any issue with mine

Get the hose (tubing) a little wet. It will slide better........
Then slowly twist it while inserting it in the hole. A little pressure as you twist it and it should slip in nicely!
Should be a tight fit so no juice escapes!!!

Use a 11/64 drill bit to drill out the dripper nipple cut about 1/8 off of the tip slip your tube through . No gaskets needed

I don't see the advantage here. My tip fits nicely into the female piece. I feel like because of the smaller tip, it wouldn't plug and juice would get everywhere. I don't want liquid seeping through my pants. God forbid I just fired a load and the hot juice drips onto my thighs.

It's actually a tighter hole it fits in, and you don't need that flimsy rubber thing inside... No leaking and it's so quick to squirt... Much easier and less pressure from my finger.. Just a light touch. And it just shoots right in there, filling it up completely.

How do you manage to hold it while drilling it? I've only managed to make a mess of mine, when I tried it.
Shrug. I didn't drill. Just lubed up the tip and squeezed it in until it went through. After that it felt like it just opened up
