How to Unsubscribe as Supporting Member?

Hoping someone can help me work out how to stop automatic member deductions. I've looked at my Paypal records and can't see any ECF deductions coming from there. I wonder whether it was done as a credit card auto deduction, and if so, how to stop it. Anyone know?

find the subscriptions/recurring charges category in your paypal account - from there you can stop a recurring payment

First, click on "profile" in the top menu bar, then on the next page "my money" on the left, then the "update" button for "my preapproved payments"

I circled the relevant options in this screenshot

That will take you to a list of your subscriptions and billing agreements where you can edit each one

ECF does a great job, just have to watch my pennies at the moment.

What happens to your ECF account if you stop supporting member payments?

Do the larger allowed avatars get automatically deleted?

What happens to your PM's if you have more than 200 and you don't renew?

Ditto with image storage?

I have no plans of not renewing, but am curious as to what happens to the extras you get as a supporting member... if you stop renewing. Is there a protocol as to what gets deleted?

You pay once a year. So technically, when you skip a renewal payment, your privileges and perks will be revoked, eventually.

Having said that, it didn't happen to me when I skipped my payment once, so who knows?

Easy way to find out. I'll just go modify your account and remove the supporting member status. Wait 24 hours for the system to do all it needs to do, and then check your stuff.
