whats that legal issue got to do with me owning this thing anyway? Dont understand.

The battery for these last what 2 months, maybe three? My cost is 60.00 By then im to a new-better pv anyway. Option B for tornado owners is to buy two batteries from somewhere else for 50.00 or 5 for 82.00. Whats the sense in that?
