Autofeed cartomiser beta testing

ONLY for those of you with a bombinette system, GG AFS or AVS (including beta and v1 systems) or any other autofeed that works in a similar way.

I've been experimenting with punching rather than drilling cartomisers and I like the results. A bigger hole seems to work well for me, keeping the cartomisers nice and wet. It also provides a kind of vortex shape which I think might help the juice enter the cartomiser more easily.

However, I am aware that everyone is different and it may not work for you in the same way so, I'd like to send out a sample to those who would like to "try before they buy".

The only requirement for this free beta test offer is that you come back to me and give your feedback.


If you want to be a beta tester please do the following:

1. Post here to indicate your interest.
2. Please indicate whether you want a standard, LV, HV or VHV cartomiser.
3. Tell me the device you have so that I can make the holes in the right place for you.
4. PM me with your address details.

Yep, it's to see if I have the holes the right size for these particular cartomisers - specially the LV ones as they can be prone to burning if not kept really wet.

Hi Lisa, are there any of Emonty's steps you advise for your betacartos?
(forgetting the hole, ofcourse)

The Ingredients:

1.) one new Vapornine Turbo Cartomizer;
2.) Dremel drill 1.2 mm;
3.) AFS V 2;
4.) any 901 mod, preferable GGTS;
5.) 6 Volts battery set-up

The recipe:

Step 1: Take off the label and the rubber cap and clean the outside with sticker removal liquid;
Step 2: drill a hole of 1.2 mm diameter about 8 mm above the threads;
Step 3: put the cartomizer in boiling water for a few minutes and rinse to get rid of the sticker removal chemicals;
Step 4: blow out the carto, so it is almost dry, no need to let it sit overnight;
Step 5: Assemble the carto on the AFS and fill with liquid;
Step 6: be amazed of the flavor and the mega clouds;
Step 7: sit back and enjoy the ride.

i dont think we need to do any of those steps mate as lisa has done it all for us. as far as im aware we can just screw it into the AVS and start vaping! (obviously after filling the tank with juice though, lol)

i would wait for lisa to confirm that though!

Hi booker, Emonty's instructions were for people who had standard cartomisers with stickers on them and no special hole.
You don't need to do any of that, that's the whole point of the exercise.

Put it in your AVS, fill with liquid and use. Simples
