i just bought 2 kits of riva from eastmall
the 4 batteries are not working within 3 weeks
just when i started to like dripping some very good e juice!!!!

as a warning their service response & general products appear realy bad quality
be warned!!!!:(


I am very sorry that you are not happy with your RiVa products,
up till now, we have had very little problems with this product ---

I have never, I repeat, never, received a bad product from East Mall and I have been a loyal customer since October 2009. Countless orders later, still no bad products. I have ordered pretty much everything with the exception of the 901 line. Service has been outstanding and unapproachable. I have 4 Riva kits now and not a problem with any of them. I can't imagine what happened that made 4 batteries could go bad in 3 weeks. Weird to say the least...

Hi ,

If I have not resolved your issue , or you have not emailed me yet , then please do so. I get to every email , every day of the week. I take no days off from eastmall unless I am away for the day from time to time.

So please use the standard customer service for eastmall if you are having an issue.

In case you do not find the link on the contact us page at eastmall.net , the email to myself is as follows ....... eastmallcs@gmail.com

I have been swamped today with a few things aside of customer service, so I am a bit slow on the replies, this is not normal.

i wish i knew!!!!
when they worked they were great!!!

i hope they look after me because i realy liked the products-(when they work).

i will keep you all posted with what action they take to help me

The RiVa is a good product and receives very good reviews,

but like all products, some may be faulty once in a while-

but if you contact Customer service --
as is suggested here, and in PM,

I am sure you will have your issue resolved in a short time --


Please do bear in mind that Customer Service
and yourself are on different time zones-
OPPOSITE -- in fact --
so please allow for this in your waiting period. :)

4 days & no reply from eastmall regarding my battery issue!:mad:

Relax dude. Eastmall has a great warranty and excellent customer service. Your problem is unique. I'm sure Rick, Di and David will work it out with you.

Personally, I feel your OP was uncalled for. You should have followed the clearly posted instructions for customer service before complaining.


ETA: (Fanboy rant) - Unlike the junk Egos I got from TW, my 5 RiVas are hands down the best batteries I've owned in 9 months of vaping. They are as strong today as they were when I bought them 4 months ago. No issues at all!
