Following your recipes is giving me newfound appreciation for Capella's staple flavors. Until now their Caramel, Marshmallow, Bavarian Cream etc. always played second fiddle to TFA. Thanks!

When I 1st started DIY, I decided to go with Capella flavors because several friends used & recommended them. I have been pleased with most everything I've gotten. I have a number of flavors from other companies but usually give Capella the benefit of the doubt and try them 1st. I'm glad I have been helpful...

I wonder if malted milk or sweet cream would work instead of dairy milk?

I think either would be fine, if TFA or CAP @ the same percentage...
