Easiest for me is the original bottle mod for the reo bottles.

Not having to screw a cap on is obviously the easiest bottle to use.. only have done the o e out of the 3 reos use.. mostly cause I've since got the softer bottles from reos mods.. still would rather do this to all of them.. just a pain to drill out the hole perfectly for the tube and ruff to get the tub threw the hole. Haha

Not IMO with man sized hands/fingers. Threading on and tightening the cap with the system still in the Reo is a chore for me that always ends up with some joose where it doesn't belong. IOW, the caps lower trap ring is so small I compress the bottle enough to push some liquid out between the cap halves before I can get it threaded together, let along snug enough not to leak. So I pull the tube, cap and bottle all the way out together. That is also a PITA as the tube is so much tighter than the Reo tubes that I have to use small nose pliers to get the tube back on. Maybe they'll loosen up in time, maybe not. Doubt I'll find out as pulling just the bottle with the Reo bottles is a piece of cake in comparison. I have no problem squonking them, so I'll most likely stay with them in my Reos.

My experience has been that the smaller tubes (4mm x 2mm) that the REO soft bottles use does loosen up after a while. Getting them on the nipple the first time, or the first few times, is a chore. But the ends do expand eventually.
The mods I use most frequently nowadays aren’t REOs. The tube nipple is smaller diameter. That’s where I’m planning to use the silicone bottles. I’m planning on trying them in my Li’l Pinches.

I'm not giving up on them just yet, still use them on the two Mesh P67's 24/7. They've been off and on those two Reos a hellofalotof times already, and are still very tight. Guess I could 'expand' them manually to speed up the process (it wouldn't be a loss to me even if a tube splits). I have a supply of other tube materials, including a length of the Reo tubes. Might also be able to use one of them even if I had to mod a little (but would have to dig out my digital micrometer or dial caliper and tube supplies to see though). I'm in no hurry though.

I have thought about enlarging the hole in the stainless cap on the REO soft bottles, to accommodate REO tubing, instead of the 4mm x 2mm that comes with the soft bottles. I just haven’t done it, as yet.

I got my 5 pack of silicone bottles today from Notsofasttech. 10 or 11 days, I guess. Not too awful bad. It’s the first time I ever ordered from them.
Anyhoo, I haven’t decided if I like them or not, yet. I’ll reserve judgement until I at least go through a full bottle. I’ve only had the first bottle in for a few minutes. The squonk is certainly effortless. It will take some getting used to. I did manage to get the cap on the bottle, without much mess. I just squeezed the tube with my fingers, and a paper towel. The drainage is slower than the REO PE bottles, but it does happen eventually, with the 80% VG juice I use.

I've been using four of the Halfassedtech bottles for some time now, so it's been plenty of time to get used to them. Dainty squonking is not winning me over, I like the standard Reo bottles better. Have two of the black capped whatever bottles from Reosmods due here tomorrow along with a bunch of P67 spares. Will try one of them as well, but in the end will probably go back to the standard bottles that I've been using with no issues at all for over 3 years.

Currently, I use the soft bottles from REO, which I refill by pulling the tube, rather than taking the bottle off, and leaving the cap and tube in the mod. I’m thinking maybe it’s better to refill the silicone bottles by taking the bottle off the cap?
I have the super soft from FT and I just pull the tube and bottle off. First few times getting them on was a real chore, but mine loosened up pretty quickly. Now it's easy peasy. when I take the cap on or off, I just pinch the tube, then use the rest of my hand to unscrew it a bit. I always use a wet wipe anyhow and just wipe the mod etc when I refill. I get the white cloud ones from walmart and use em for a lot of things, so always have plenty. no smell and they are super cheap.

Agree, should have stayed with what has always worked just fine for me in the Reos.

In the end I don't like the silly bottles from HalfassedTech because they take way too much fooling around with when refilling them when I don't need or much like the soft squonk anyway. So their only advantage is that they hold about 1ml more joose than the Reo bottles. Nor do I like the tiny accessory ones from Reosmods either. Like the material of those way better, semi soft. But someone is up in the night if they think they can get anywhere near 8.5ml capacity from them. Full to the top with no tube in them they hold shy of 7ml.
