It does not come with batteries or atomizer.
It does come with a drip tip, extra bottle, Noaloz and restrictor.

I would recommend AW batteries, they are available here on ECF.

Any of the 18650s, the IMRs are more potent but don’t go as long between charges.
The standard 18650s are plenty powerful and should last you about 2 days between charges.

Those Ultrafire 18650 3000 batteries are not recommended for LR attys.
They are good batteries for light loads (under 1 amp).
A 1.5 ohm atty will draw about 2 amps and then some.
Do yourself a favor and spring for the AWs.

I use AW 18650 2200s (with button) in the REO Grand - No Problem
I also use Tenergy 18650 2600s (no button) in the REO Grand - No Problem
The AWs without a button should work fine in the REO.
The REO switch contact has a downward bend at the very tip that should have no problem making contact with a flat top battery.
