Philly Vapefest

Just a reminder, the Philly Vapefest is coming up soon. Spring Vapefest 2011 will be held at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport in Philadelphia, PA on March 25-26, 2011.

The schedule is:

Friday March 25 from 2pm-10pm

Saturday March 26 Noon to 10pm

After party 10:30pm - 4am

5:30-7:30pm dinner break both dates. Room is locked and closed for dinner.

-Every room is a suite with kitchenette and living room - great for room share
-$105 room rate per night
-Free open bar and horsdoeuvres for all hotel guests from 5:30-7:30pm (which is our dinner break)
-Free BUFFET breakfast 7am-10am
-FREE 24/7 shuttle to and from airport
-Free PARKING
-Free internet in the meeting space
-24 hour access to the meeting room (except when we lock it to sleep for 4 hours)
-Cash Bar in the meeting space from 10pm-2am.
-Music til 11pm or midnight and party in the conference room til 4am.
-$10/day internet in the private rooms or free if you are a Hilton Honors member.
