Is it possible to mod the battery pack at all to fit for 3 batteries?

just a guess, but i think the internal battery of the pack is under where the 5 cartos go, so not there. However, it looks like you could cut out the foam to the front and back of where the fully assembled blu goes (the far right side of the pack). If you did that then you could fit about three cig wide items in there. meaning the full assembled ecig and one or two batterys. the draw back to this is that it would all be loose and not in any snug foam, and the batteries would drop down into the pack so you would prob have to flip the pack upside down to get them out. This could theoretically be solved by placing some padding in the bottom of the pack of your own.

hope this helps, if your still looking for an answer. --and on second thought probably only two cig wide items would fit comfortably in that space.

I would advise not to do any mods whatsoever to anything!!! You have a 1 year warranty on anything that doesn't work correctly and they will send you replacements. Trust me I know...lol.
