I came across chuck today, and I love the ability to customize them. He has a distressed look available that looks very cool indeed!

There's plenty of space when using 16340 LiFePO4 batts for a plastic liner tube in a Chuck. Has anybody come up with something that works well? This would be a nice added safety feature for this setup.

Oh yea, just curious... have any of ya'll ever stuffed IMR 18350s in yar Chuck? Do they fit?
Well I got some 18350s today and at least protected Ultrafires don't fit... well almost fit... I can get about 1/2 turn of the end cap on and then it's too tight. IMRs would probably fit. Vape is too insane anyway. I tried a 3.2 ohm atty and IMO you'd have to get to at least 4.0 ohms to make this not just a juice burning.
OK, Next question... has anybody tried to "Kick" this thing with the kick board from Evolve?
Got my Chuck today. I have it running with Panasonic 18650 3100 Mah. It is hitting hard and I am a very happy vaper. Thank you Jeff.
What kind of tank is that? It looks like it fits flush with the top ridge on the Chuck -- did you have to mod anything to make it fit?
