PG or VG - Which is better for you health wise?

which ever or both, you need to try each and a combination there of to decide which is best for you, everyone is different on this, Me= 100VG most of the time or a min of 80% but I'm the rare most like opposite or a different combo there of, so order a couple of small bottles of each and figure it out whats best for Be444444 would be my best advice to ya

I keep buying juices with various percentages of VG to try it and I cant stand the taste of VG at all unfortunately.

Strictly PG for me, even 70/30 pg/vg tastes horrible to me. I do wish that I liked the taste of VG but I just dont like it at all.

The MSDS for the VG looks better than the one for PG. But I don't think either is bad (MSDS's list everything under the sun.)

I don't think either is bad as well. I like 100%VG because they can be 100% organic. Also, I don't like too much throat hit. With 100%VG I find that the throat hit I get is more or less provided by the Nicotine level where as the PG adds extra throat hit so I generally use 100%VG with 8mg Nicotine and I get a smooth vaping experience with a noticeable throat hit but not too harsh. It gives me a similar feel to when I was smoking analogs which were 4mg.

The only thing is some people are allergic to PG... Just something to consider... I use 100% VG because I like the vapor production...

I tried 100% VG and I think it tastes like cooking oil, but maybe it was the flavor I was using? Then it burned my carto despite the carto being plenty moist - I am not sure if I did something wrong?

As far as I know there are no strict medical evidence in favor of one or another. PG some times used as air antiseptic.

This is a hard one to answer. You will have to try different ratios to find one that agrees with you. Neither one is bad that we know of so the decision is yours. I vape more towards PG with a little vg for vapor production but that's just me and my taste buds.

I would say that it's the vendor that your vendor is getting it from. VG should have a little sweetness to it but not taste like plastic. I think your vendor needs to change vendors or you do if you have any available who will ship to you.

Since I've had my e-cig only a week I've only had the PG. I just ordered some VG from Johnson Creek. Hope I like it. Will let you know.

i keep it at 50/50 so i dont question myself after. equal vapor and flavor.
both are food grade though so i think theyre safe

I think both are clearly safer than smoking, but there's no evidence to show that either are safe for long term inhilation. Only time will tell.

For the most part I vape 100% VG. However I do vape 100% PG once in awhile. I really haven't tried combos yet. 100% VG works good for me, but I'm still experimenting.

50/50, 40/60. Don't like either extreme; dislike full PG as its "rough", dislike full VG as its "empty". Really hard to describe subjective interpretation of a taste

As regards PG, I have read that it is also used in asthma inhalers. Sounds like there has to be a lot of long-term experience there. When my mother was being treated for COPD, her Nebulizer had vapor. I Wonder if that was PG?

I just started and had a play last night with some chocolate flavour one pg based, one vg based, if I had to chose it would be vg and just get niccy to create throat hit. However I ended up just mixing them and found that was my favourite all round.
