I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread similar to other companies threads where we can comment, suggest, review flavorings from The Flavoring Apprentice. I know I use them primarily for my flavorings and would like suggestions/reviews and maybe recipes and starting points for using their products.

Great idea! My favorite flavor so far is the Key Lime. The flavor is crazy accurate, and it makes for a damn fine vape! Here's my favorite recipe I use it in:

Key Lime Pie
12% TFA Key Lime
2% TFA Caramel (Original)
2% TFA Vanilla (Bourbon)
1% TFA Sweetener
1% Lime Juice

I've only used TFA flavors, but the mints are all excellent. I like them all together and mentholated, leaves me feeling minty fresh!

Start at 8% and see if you like it. If I'm not mixing anything else w/ it I sometimes go up to 12%.

WARNING: It is a STRONG flavoring!

ETA: I sometimes add Caramel or Dub Chocolate @ 2 or 3% just to tinker!

I really like RY4 Double.i mix it at 15% and add 3% caramel and 3%Grahm cracker and it is sooooooooo good!! The RY4 Asian is pretty good also but i like the Double better.I just received Pumpkin and Whipped Cream in the mail yesterday,anybody know whats a good starting point for them for a good pumkin pie?

I posted this already (somewhere else) ... but, maybe I can get a good response here ...

So, are there any TPA flavors that ADD BODY & DEPTH to juice? I've already tried Bavarian Cream, Vanilla Custard, Cheesecake, Cotton Candy, Marshmallow (Vienna Cream and Vape Wizard, too - yes, not TPA). I like my juice really sweet, and with lots of flavor and body. So far, not having a lot of luck (they smell great, but don't taste anything like they smell - and no body).
(Mixing them at 20%, 64pg/40vg).

Any suggestions? Help.

How about plain Triacetin? Anyone using that and if so, what does it add to a DIY mix?

Juicy Peach at 17%
Mountain Dew at 20%

are my faves. I dont use any sweetners so my % maybe a high if you plan on using those.

There was a long TPA/TFA recomondations thread a few months ago that had a ton of good info in it. If I come across it I will post the link.

That just gave me an awesome idea: Peach Iced Tea! I'm going to be reupping my flavor supply soon, so I'm loving this thread right now! I'll start posting some feedback as soon as I get a chance!
