((Dave))) not sure what spanikopita is exactly but yes they use fillo dough and cheese, fresh garlic... I will find recipe. Everyone liked them.

thanks! I really liked them but next time think I will put some water chestnuts in, chopped up. give a little crunchie. They were a teensy bit dry. Course this is first time I have made them, but everyone liked. I liked a lot.

I know photography is not my forte, so I won't win the grand prize.

But I was a winner with two turkey day dinners!

The in-law's had a big feast (that only half fit into view).

And Saturday was a casual turkey dinner at my Mom's (again, only a portion is shown).

So all together with dinners and leftovers, I have gained 15 lbs this four day weekend!
