If you're filling from the port, unit should be upside down, but don't cover any other holes. Covering the air hole is for when you fill from the top. I had this happen to me but mine was because the air hole was almost completely bottomed out. I have since put a wrap of Teflon tape on it and keep it about flush with the body.

i checked the o rings and they seem to be good. what do i look out for when looking at the o rings? I'll play with different builds but it really seem like it gets sucked up and down the res tank. and it also bubbles when full.

Well I'm out of ideas, sorry. Maybe someone else have different troubleshooting ideas. I usually just tear it down to pieces, clean and dry every piece, and put it back together. Usually the problem has worked itself out by then, usually
I also have had past issues with close to the same issue. Aoi as usual is correct on every post. My didlyfuns have always performed except for the constant draining of unused juice. Tenshi (awesome) came to my rescue and it worked immediatly -
The evap tank has to be tight and when and if you unscrew the top you must know the air yube gets loose as well as the evap tank.
Otherwise you will be sucking juice overload into it and filling the collector tank.
I now can adjust my air to tight or airy and I prefer airy
This is all I have. Like Aoi says, break it down and run it under watm water and clean.

i did it and it didny help. i filled up to top of clear tank and within 2 mins, its at the lowest part of clear tank.. i dont understand what could be.
3 tanks so far today and i have to say it works best at lowest part of clear tank. what am i doing wrong?!
My kayfun seems to only like to be 1/3 filled. The rest always goes to the reservoir tank.
I just did that and no liquid came out. But since my last refill, it's been leaking through the fill port. It hasn't done that all day and I filled up at least 3-4 times. I place my o ring on the very top of the chimney, so the top cap can push it down where it normally would be.
Ohhhh ok i will put the o ring on the top cap instead of the chimney. I didn't know that lol thanks! On my last fill I decided to try something different and filled it not through the port but the top. I woke up w all my juice leaked out the fill port. Lol wasn't able to keep pressure.
Yep gotta sign your life away! InTaste is great, got my 3.1 super fast and expecting the same thing with Lite

Do you have a friendly neighbor who would be willing to sign? If you leave a signed note for the FedEx driver, they'd probably be willing to defer shipment to a neighbor, or come back on a day which you request...worth a shot!
same here man, it's always a problem for me trying to get shipments
