  • @ Myxomatosis :
I've been out from here for a long long time ; thank you for asking but no, he never gave me my money back, nor send me the WTA.
    Best,
    Alexis.
    @Andtyler :
I've been out of here for a while, thanks for your message. I've been dealing with a lot of suppliers too since 2010 (US and others) and most of them are honest ; my atties are coming from AvidVaper since early 2011. I gave up the idea of trying WTA and I found my Graal with house made e-liquid (macerated tobaccoes) from GoodEjuice (US) and HouseOfLiquid (UK).
In a relative way, when I see the world around me, loosing $100 when trying to buy e-liquid is not the worst experience you can live on earth.
    Best,
    Alexis.
    PART 3 (OF 3--END)

I've been vaping since 2009 and have dealt with at least a dozen or more vaping suppliers. In my experience, the vast majority of U.S. suppliers are honest and deliver good to great service. Vapelicious, unfortunately, is a very bad exception to that rule.

The better alternative for WTA is Aroma. In my opinion, they produce excellent WTA juice and provide very good service. They've been absolutely reliable. They only sell what they have in stock and my orders have arrived quickly—in less than a week. Maybe you can write to them to see if they can find a way to ship overseas.

    Sorry for the lengthy message.
I'm really sorry you had such a terrible experience.
    Best,
    Andy
    PART TWO (OF 3)

I'm not sure what the problem is or why Ethan chooses to avoid coming clean (about what he has in stock, how long it takes to receive products, whether he's even still in business, etc). What I do know is that he takes money up front from EVERYONE but it's hit or (mostly) miss in terms of whether you'll ever actually get your order. He full of excuses and very short on action. His web store has been "closed" since April. Since that time, he hasn't even bothered to post another one of his "still working on orders" messages in the blog section. He hasn't posted a tweet since January. Those are all bad signs. I fear the guy has disappeared (along with our cash).

He probably got in way over his head trying to run an online business by himself. I seriously doubt he ever intends to refund anyone's money. I'm thinking of starting a new thread on ECF---just to have a place to warn would-be customers.

    PART ONE (OF 3)

    Hi, Alexis.

I was searching the forum for info on Vapelicious and saw your post . I wish I could offer you advice but I can't. I'm writing mostly out of solidarity--to let you know that you certainly aren't alone. Lots of folks have had similar (bad) experiences with Vapelicious both in and outside of the US.

I ordered flavorless WTA in January and, like you, I wrote several emails via the help/contact link. When I didn’t get a response to my first email, I started looking for information on ECF and saw several complaints posted (on the regular forums--- not the supplier compliant threads) By that time, my only option was to try to suspend judgment and give the guy a chance. I tried communicating with him via an intermediary (an ECF member who was in contact with Ethan) It’s now been almost 7 months. He has never responded to my emails and I haven’t received anything.

Wondering if Vapalicious ever refunded your money or what happened with that. I was thinking about ordering from them but I don't want to support a company that deals shady with ppl outside the US (even though I'm in the US). Let me know when you can. Take care. Myx
