They are currently taking the “wait and see” approach. I have complained that cartoony character labels for years would hurt us and this becoming a big issue and helping drive the flavour bans. Same with 60mg/ml nic salts in closed pods. 10-20x stronger than what most of us are currently...

Nope. Not at all. Not hard at 60-80w @ 0.1-0.4ohms. My wife vapes at 12-13w. I make my juice by the litre for pennies/ml so cost is a non issue.

Zero chance unless sold thru a vape store. Can’t ban flashlights, rechargeable power tools or Tesla cars. All generally use 18650 batteries.

Can’t, but they can prevent vape stores (B&M and online) from selling them. Effectively putting the vast majority of these companies out of business. Unless everyone embraces tobacco flavours of course. Good luck with that.
