rfp30n06le - RDS ON 47 milliohms is too high. You want about 2 milliohms or less.
mbr6045wt - Forward voltage (voltage drop) is at least 0.55V. You could use pfets instead of a rectifier diodes for better performance. http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva139/slva139.pdf
If you need a PCB to mount those fuses on, I have some on my Oshpark page: OSH Park ~ Profile for MosMaxElectronics
There are thermal limitations to a mosfet and any other electronic component. Those high current ratings, 100A+ plus... are only if the mosfet remains at a constant temperature...
Hey Tymec. Search by part number over at http://octopart.com. Many times I've heard of people getting counterfeit components unfortunately from Ebay. A fake part may have poor performance and the component itself may produce excessive heat due to being a higher resistance (RDS ON).
I have a case that fits either 4 18650s or 2 26650s. The way the 26650s fit, 2 20700s will also fit. Obviously being smaller diameter there would be some wiggle room, maybe place some thin foam in there to take up the extra space.
Pretty sure it's these:
Carrying Case for 4 18650 or 2 26650...

Nitecore i2 & i4, these 20700 cells JUST fit (negative contact fully extended, zero wiggle room). Got a BT-C3400 recently which has a longer slot length, accommodates the longer cell length just fine and there is still room for the negative contact to travel. Just ordered a SkyRC MC3000...
