Yep.. Sounds like whichever juice you are using might have a tendency to gunk coils quicker. Try cleaning and dry burning as per Baditudes link above. Before I started my RTA binge I used the Kanger Aerotanks and was quite successful cleaning, dry burning and reusing those. well, for a while...

I think the flavor is "stuck" in the o-rings/seals. You might find that replacing those are your only option..
