Hi: I want to tell you how I fill my cartos--it is the best method I have found. Fill your condum 1/2 full of juice. Take the white plastic end piece off the carto and throw it away if you have a drip tip ( a must have). Insert the battery end of the carto slowly into the condum until you see the juice come to the top of the fill inside the carto--allow to sit a few seconds so the fill is absorbed--pull gently back out of the condum. You can do this a couple of times if the carto is extremely dry. Then wipe the battery end of carto dry (not necessary most times, suction takes all the juice off) blow through the battery end a few times until the air hole is nice and clear. Then put on a drip tip and vape. No needles or dripping or spinning. Very easy in my opinion--the best way. Please try it--let me know if you have any questions. -
