As a MTL low watt vaper I just do a simple 1.8 ohm open coil with 30ga wire. I want quick ramp up with low wattage. Old guy with COPD and can't do DL with big clouds. Definitely a KISS kind of guy.

I'm just an old longtime vaper with old tanks. Kayfuns, protanks, evods, T3s and similar. My biggest is an old vision victory that uses protank coils...holds 5 mil. I would buy more of those if they still made them. I vape unflavored and have about 20 tanks going, I only stop to refill every 2...

Make sure that the atomizer is making contact with the battery. The coil should be screwed all the way it and has to make contact with the bottom of the tank and then the tank has to make contact with the positive pin in the mod. I don't remember if this mod says "no atomizer" when it does not...

I'm an old guy with COPD. Too much VG gives me what is sometimes called "heavy lung" which is a a phlegm thing. I have to stick to higher PG (80/20 or 70/30). For the same reason, I have to stick to older MTL devices that don't put out too much vapor.

I went to Vape Cloud UK and their starter kits are name brand stuff. Innokin, Smok and Aspire. A casual smoker would likely be better off with what we call MTL (mouth-to-lung) style vaping. That would mean lower wattage and less airflow. If the mod (the battery part) allows it, turn the wattage...

I don't know about this particular brand but often the .6 coil will have a larger hole for air flow while the 1.8 will be more narrow for a tighter draw. That may or may not be the case with these. The .6 ohm likely has thicker wire which will require more wattage to ramp up in the same amount...

If you can find a kanger protank 2, it uses the same coil but holds 2 1/2 mils. I think they are discontinued now, but there has to be a few left out there. Fasttech has some clones.
