Yup, just get a plug adapter and you're good to go. At 11 watts I would think you get a full day out of a battery, so four 18650's to be on the safe side should be good. Carry them on the plane and not in your checked bag. keep them in a case as well.
I travel a lot and have a spare set up for all the accessories like charger and such. For that few days you wont need any building supplies if you bring another tank. I have the spare tank built, but dry. You may never use the Isticks again so why spend the money. Seems all you really need to...
Never had an issue coming in to Canada with gear or juice. Maybe if I tried to come in with more than what could be considered "personal use", I don't know if that would be an issue, but so far so good.
You won't have any issues with the airlines or with security. Your issues with your mom however, those are going to be around till you man up with her. Just a little "man to man" manly advice! LOL
Too many mods out there to accurately recommend one but as for a combo Tank/Dripper I would look at the Steamcrave Supreme RDTA V2. It can be set up as a tank or a dripper and has been really easy to build and wick for me. if you are looking for a drop in type coil tank, I've lost touch with...

As far as I'm concerned, the Too Much train already left the station, it's making a stop in Downright Stupid and the final destination is Just Darn Dangerous.
Without knowing if you intend to vape for life, or even how long you expect to live, how much you would need to stock up is open to interpretation. Nic is where you stock up, that and a few mods you like. Mods with removable batteries are better than built ins. Vaping forever?.... learn to build...
All this advice plus, read, read, read. All the threads here are both educational and inspirational. You really have to want vaping to work for you, it's not automatic and still requires discipline to make the switch regardless of the gear you choose.
I know I want to quit someday. I've got myself down to 3mg nic juice after starting at 24, so I know it is possible. 2 years and 8 months to get to this point, so if I have to go another year or so to quit, I'm ok with that.
Strange enough, I do find myself leaving my mod here and there a lot...
