Okay so there was a deadline that would require testing(not sure what kind)-- it was August 2018, but now it's not happening until August 2022. The August 2016 pertained to mods... Something about not being able to come up with new technology but not totally sure.

I wish it were required! It's incredibly difficult finding eliquid that's been tested for all 3, let alone just diacetyl. It is a brick and mortar store in TX I believe. Maybe I'll look at yelp reviews.
