I run my eVic in 18350 mode with the eGo-T mod tube, and the battery readings are fine. I don't know why they have the battery selection there -- I think the general consensus is for the "puffs remaining" (for your batt) calculation, which I ignore. I get perfectly fine battery readings on the front screen in 18350 mode. I'll let you know how I like the bOd when I get it!
