IMO if you are concerned about throat condition, going 0mg isn't a bad option.

People probably mentioned this already, but you need to prime the coils when using a new one or changing the juice. It basically means to soak the cottons of your coil with juice before draining it with juice in a tank. Or wait at least 15minutes for your juice to soak in if did not prime. Dry...
