Here's a video review of the Rio Grand I've spoken of. They also have a Variable Voltage version. They are handcrafted and there's hardly ever any for sale on the site.
The appeal to me is the simplicity (no wiring) and the on-board bottle of juice. The downside is they are expensive and so it will probably remain something I dream of having but never get; but who knows?:
