The only kind of local vendor I have used is vaporbomb, out of akron(I think.)
They're pretty good. The best place I have ordered from is definitely freedomsmokeusa. Their juice was top-notch. Of course it's been a year, but I'm going to order some again for my wife.
Mrs T's bakery always make me hungry lol but I never ordered from them. They have a good reputation, though. Let me know how it worked out.
What do you use to vape? I think I'm going to go all out and get my wife something top-notch. I always kind of skimped on equipment.
