I've received B12 shots in the past, and they were no big deal. I'm not saying this in some sort of "macho" way. From what I could tell, they were no big deal for anybody, so now I'm wondering if you received something different.
By chance, are your B12 injections intra-muscular? I'm especially curious, b/c it looks like a friend of mine may need to start getting B12 injections regularly in the future.
